Rules for the Guests
- BBQ Grill provided along with propane tank at no extra charge to our guests. Please remember to switch off the gas after use. Enjoy grilling, but please clean and leave it like you found it.
- Cameron parish does not have a trash service. All guests are asked to bring their trash to the nearby city dump site.
- Downstairs you can access a shower unit to wash off the sand and sea before entering the main level of the house.
- Maximum 2 dogs allowed & bring pet sofa & bed . Pets are not allowed in any furniture provided by host. Please furnish the details of do breeds / weight.
- There is absolutely NO smoking allowed inside the house. You are never allowed to smoke inside our home.
- We have 1 security camera facing the driveway. The camera records video and audible. The camera is not being monitored and is there for safety reasons. There are no cameras on the deck or inside the home.
- Must walk stairs upstairs to access upper living area.
- Early check-in or late check out maybe available .Please check with us and seek written approval. If you do not vacate by the agreed-upon check out time (that was approved in writing, or the default check-out time) you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night's rental and we may remove all occupants and their personal property from the property.
- You MUST be 21 or older to rent this property (or the minimum age required by law in the jurisdiction where the property is located, if different). You agree to provide us with proof of age upon request. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests who are under the minimum age for the entire duration of the rental. For the safety of our young guests, you agree to never leave kids unsupervised in the house or on the balconies. This property also have a room with bunk bed but for the safety of toddlers, please ensure toddlers or infants are not on the bunk bed top tier. (Top tier bunk beds are only meant for kids between 5 and 10 years of age due to weight limitations).
- The property is provided as is, and we aren't responsible for the unavailability of any amenities advertised. You agree to contact us using the contact information provided in your confirmation email as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping issue at the property. You agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond and address such report and provide a remedy.

Check in Information : Check in time at 3 pm
1. To unlock the main door
Step1- Know the entry code from host.
We will send the access code of door lock before check in. Check in time is at 3pm
Step2- Press “Yale” button once.
Step3- Type in the code and then the check / tick button on the bottom right of the panel.
Step4- wait for the sound and light. Turn the knob anti-clockwise and open the door.
2. To lock the main door
Step1- Pull the door and lock.
Step2- Press “Yale” button once.
Step3- wait for the sound and light.
Check-out instructions
Check out time is at 11 am.
1)The City does not have a trash collection system. So please remove all your trashes from inside & outside before checking out.
2) Please clean the gas BBQ grill in porch if you have used it.
3) Put the TV remote beside the TV before checking out.
4) Close the windows if you have open them & lock the door before leaving.
